You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Service will not be interrupted immediately.

❌ No Refund for Partial Periods

We do not offer refunds for unused days or partial subscription periods.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

✔ Accidental Billing / Technical Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate payment, contact us immediately.

✔ Unauthorized Transactions

If someone made a purchase on your account without permission, notify us within 7 days of the transaction to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Content dissatisfaction, unless the service was defective or misrepresented

  • Lack of usage of the platform after subscribing

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing date

4. Free Trials

If Guru OTT offers a free trial:

  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged

  • No refunds will be provided if you forget to cancel before the trial expiration
